Startup entrepreneurship has been a common thread in my life for more than a decade. As an entrepreneur, I have founded several companies in recent years and have had the opportunity to set up a number of impactful projects and initiatives. In addition, for the past five years (before my time at NOM) I have specialized myself in setting up, designing content, providing and managing programs for startups and scale-ups. Being born and raised in Emmen, I have always been an ambassador and booster of new activities in the startup and scale-up ecosystem in the Northern Netherlands. Great to be able to give something back to our ecosystem as well. I do this every day now as NOMMER.

My ambition? To make a lasting impact by structurally strengthening the innovation ecosystem in the Northern Netherlands. The Northern Netherlands has enormous potential as an innovative region. Together with founders and all players in our ecosystem, I am committed to offering the best support and programs for startups and scale-ups. Our goal is clear: to offer startups and scale-ups here opportunities that are better than those of their peers elsewhere in the world.
From my role at NOM, I help founders successfully grow and scale in the innovation ecosystem in the Northern Netherlands.
