Our various investment vehicles are:
Convertible loan (CLA).
Under this investment option, NOM offers the startup a loan that will be converted into shares at a later stage according to the conversion criteria specified in the contract.
Equity
NOM can also invest directly in companies in exchange for shares in the company. In this case, we step in as shareholders of the company.
Subordinated loan
