Tim Oosterhof

In 2011 I joined NOM as Assistant Controller and from there I grew to my current position. The dynamic, energetic environment and professional colleagues provide a very pleasant working environment where I feel like a fish in water. Because I move between the (political) stakeholders on the one hand and the Northern entrepreneurs on the other, flexibility, agility and a lot of cooperation are required. These are competencies that suit me and that I can fully deploy within my position as Manager of Finance & Operations.

Within the Finance & Operations department, we try to optimally support the organization in achieving its social objective. An objective that, as a northerner, I feel very strongly about.
