Born in cozy North Brabant, I grew up in several beautiful regions of the Netherlands, including Gelderland, Overijssel and Groningen. Now I enjoy city life in the vibrant city center of Groningen, where I work as Junior Investment Manager Regional Funds at NOM. This life journey has shaped me and increased my ability to switch smoothly between different regions, something that comes in handy when supporting promising companies on behalf of the Groninger Groeifonds, MKB Fonds Drenthe and the FOM.
After obtaining a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a double Master's degree in International Financial Management and Marketing from the University of Groningen, I worked for a large bank for a year as a finance specialist. Thanks to this knowledge and experience, I am able to look at a case from different angles and keep an open mind.
In my spare time, soccer is one of my biggest passions and I play in an indoor football team with friends. To keep up my fitness for this, you can sometimes see me running between the city center and the Euroborg. In addition, I am always looking for ways to develop myself further. I like to challenge my strategic thinking and analytical skills with a game of chess. I am also busy learning the basics of Italian, not entirely coincidentally the language spoken in my favorite vacation country.
