No bullshit, just clean up! Working on the more than 20 participations in my portfolio of the Growth and Acquisition Fund. Sometimes quietly building on development and growth, sometimes solving a problem with steam and boiling water. But always with the best interests of the company at heart! That's the beauty of NOM. In my role as Investment Manager, you alternate between being a shareholder, commissioner, advisor and coach. With an enormous diversity of companies, from start-up to mature, from small to large, from medicine development to machine factory or software developer. Always it is people work to achieve goals together. Always there are challenges. And that is precisely where I get energy.

Before joining NOM, I completed business economics and controller studies and have been a controller at Akzo Nobel and AVEBE and a senior management consultant at Bakkenist/Deloitte. Also a great time with lots of variety and challenge.

In my spare time, I look for relaxation. Sometimes by getting to work in the garden with a shovel or saw. But also by watching the robot mow the grass with a good glass of wine in my hand. Enjoying nature near and far, but also enjoying my family and especially our dear grandson!
