Endlessly Enthusiastic NOMmer

Me and NOM have been going for quite a few years. It started at the end of 2008 without any notion of what NOM actually did. After some discussions back and forth, as a NOMmer I started mining opportunities for the Northern Netherlands in the Water sector. I saw opportunities especially in Innovative Water Technology. Meanwhile, Water Campus Leeuwarden has become a global household name.

Then committed me to drive Circular Economy in Northern Netherlands. Together with the partners in Noord Nederland Verdient Circulair made great strides. We have been reaping the benefits of this initiative for over 6 years now. And just like the symbol for circularity, the opportunities for the Northern Netherlands are endless.

The drive to translate opportunities for the Northern Netherlands into concrete actions as a NOMmer I have had the opportunity to transfer to NOM's growing Innovation team for a few years.

My most recent transition as NOMmer is towards developing strategic program in future-proof digitization of Northern Netherlands. In this also an active role as Program Director EDIH-NN. In which Autonomous Systems and Artificial Intelligence are embedded in the Northern Netherlands business community.

In short, I have been around as a NOMmer for some years and will continue to do so for some years to come. With Endless Enthusiasm.
