I have been working at NOM since 2002. At the time as a secretary for the Investment Department, over the years a central secretariat has been created in which we as secretaries jointly support colleagues.
Both NOM and I have experienced a lot of growth, developments and changes in recent years. The culture within NOM with a lot of freedom and personal responsibility suits me. I am enterprising, down-to-earth, patient, caring and honest and enjoy learning new things. Moreover, I am not easily intimidated and enjoy dealing with complex issues.
Because NOM is constantly on the move, my work always remains challenging. I also keep moving privately: in addition to running and fitness, I can often be found in the garden and on Saturdays along the line cheering on my two teenage daughters at their soccer games.
