As a Contract Research Organization (CRO), Delphinium specializes in Phase 1 clinical trials, testing the safety of new drugs in healthy volunteers. They help smaller biotech companies that are developing one or two drugs but do not have the time, resources or personnel for clinical trials.
What problem were you trying to solve when you approached NOM?
Very straightforward, but we came to them for funding. And beyond that, we really had no idea at all what to expect in terms of support.
How have our services impacted your business?
Much more guidance than I expected. Training in the form of a market readiness program and also just help with all kinds of practical things. I was actually the only one without entrepreneurial experience, so I was also forced to step out of my comfort zone in that. And that brought me and I think also us as a company a lot.
Can you describe your experience working with NOM?
Very pleasant. And always easy in terms of contact and they actively thought along with everything. The process did take a little longer than we had realized beforehand, but in terms of content it was always pleasant to work together.
Would you recommend our services to others and if so, what would you say?
Sure. It's much more than just funding, you also get guidance and support. And I highly recommend the market readiness program as well.
