Startup Readiness Program - GTM Diagnostics

GTM Diagnostics is developing a solution that shows B2B software companies why they win or lose deals. The startup, founded by Mike Sachs and Jeffrey de Jong, does so using what is known as win-loss analysis. The findings enable clients to make informed decisions and better align their marketing, sales, customer success and product with the market.

What was the reason for you to participate in the Startup Readiness Program (SRP)?

We ourselves may have been convinced of the added value of our solution, but were our potential customers? I found that the SRP was a perfect fit for the stage GTM Diagnostics was in at the time. In short, the program offered us a great opportunity to validate our idea step by step.

What did the program give you?

It gave us numerous tools to answer our question in the best possible way. For example, that you have to ask the right questions to discover what really moves a potential customer. You have to let go of your own assumptions in order to gain valuable insights. In concrete terms: the SRP has helped us enormously in creating focus.

The contact was very nice. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They make you look at what you are doing and how you are doing things with a critical eye. The program was thoughtfully put together and excellently organized.

Would you recommend the SRP to another and what would you say?

If your business is in the start-up phase or if you're looking to launch a new product line, for example, definitely consider this program. It's definitely going to help you research whether a potential customer actually needs your solution.
