NOM is a public organization with a clear and transparent structure. Management Team
Netty Wakker is the Director of NOM. Previously, she served as Director of Kennispoort Regio Zwolle. Marco de Jong is the Manager of NOM Investeren. Marco was a fund manager at G-Force Capital. Melissa Fuller is the Manager of Innovation and Internationalization. Melissa was an Interim Manager at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy and Director (Dean) of the Academy of Leisure & Tourism at NHL Stenden. Tim Oosterhof rounds out the management team as Manager of Finance & Operations.
Governance structure
In addition to our Management Board, we also have a Supervisory Board. This Board is formed by:
Gertjan Lankhorst (chairman), Pauline Rengers, Elze Vonk and Sander Prinsen. The Supervisory Board oversees the Management Team and acts as the employer, ensuring smooth operations within NOM. In addition, the Board provides guidance and strategic advice.
Decisions regarding funding proposals are reviewed by the Investment Committee. The Investment Committee consists of:
