Investment manager IT NOM
Once upon a time I came to Groningen to study. I grew up in the Randstad and initially planned to move back after my studies. Within a few weeks, however, I actually didn't want to leave. I liked the North, the city, the people and the down-to-earth but good atmosphere.
That was almost 10 years ago and I still like it here far too much to want to leave.
After studying Business Administration at the RUG, I was looking for a job where I could work on investments in start-ups, preferably in innovative companies, and then preferably with impact-driven innovations. Where do you find something like that? At the NOM! Just when I was looking for this tricky combination I came across NOM and in September 2022 I started as an Investment Analyst in the investment team. Currently, I work as an analyst in the Tech team where I mainly collaborate on the many IT investments we make.
Besides my work, I practice various sports such as running and occasionally play a game of padel. However, I prefer to be on the squash court or hanging out on the climbing wall in the bouldering hall.
