What does a challenge coach do when working with investment managers and business developers? I’d love to hear about the issues that keep you up at night but for which you haven’t yet found a solution. And I’m not talking about how to get your socks out of the laundry in pairs, why your houseplant has kicked the bucket yet again, or other everyday household problems. Nor am I talking about world peace—though that would certainly be nice.

Just two turns from the NOM office and you’re in Eelde—that’s where my roots are. I’ve been living in Groningen for over ten years now, so I’m a true Northerner. Creative, hands-on, and always up for a challenge.

From working on the restaurant floor of my family’s business, through my studies in human-centered design and a master’s degree in energy transition, to the projects I’ve led as a consultant—I’m at my best where sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship come together.
