What does a challenge leader do between investment managers and business developers? I'd love to hear what issues keep you awake but haven't solved yet. And I'm not talking about how to get your socks out of the wash as a set, why your houseplant has failed again or other home, garden and kitchen problems. Nor about world peace - although that would be nice, of course.

Two turns around the corner from the NOM office and you're in Eelde - that's where my roots are. I have been living in Groningen for over ten years now. A true northerner then. Creative, hands-on and always up for a challenge.

From the restaurant floor of the family business, through my education in human-centered design and a master's degree in energy transition, to the projects I have overseen as a consultant - I am at my best where sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship come together.
