NOM finances both start-ups entering the market for the first time to growing SMEs. These companies sometimes have dozens to more than a hundred employees on the payroll, sometimes a few or still no one except the entrepreneurs themselves. So NOM is there for both small start-ups and larger established SMEs in the Northern Netherlands.
We can finance as little as €50,000. Many of the companies we finance are start-ups with between one and ten employees. In addition to a good plan with a strong business case, there are a number of criteria that a company must meet to fit within NOM's investment policy.
