MINDbase Noord is the northern innovation hub of Defense and located at Campus Groningen. From this location, Defense works with companies, startups and knowledge institutions on innovative technologies and applications that can be deployed both civilian and military. The initiative focuses on accelerating innovation by easily connecting entrepreneurs to concrete issues within Defense.
MINDbase Noord is part of the national network of MIND (Military Innovation by Doing) and strengthens cooperation between Defense and the innovation ecosystem in the Northern Netherlands. It focuses on technology, digitalization, energy, logistics, security and other sectors in which the region is strongly represented.
