Kenniscentrum Bodem is a knowledge platform and counter that offers practical answers, tools and expertise on soil health and sustainable soil management. From the Biosintrum in Oosterwolde, it connects farmers, businesses, researchers, students and governments around themes such as ecosystem services, organic matter, circularity, climate adaptation and revenue models for sustainable agriculture. Through the online counter, users can ask questions that are answered by soil experts from the Soil Knowledge Consortium, and projects and research are also carried out, including in its own research garden as an 'outdoor' lab for experiments and knowledge development.
