Lilian Hoiting

Born and raised in the province of Groningen and moved to the big city as a village girl. On a recreational and competition level, horses have been everything to me for about 10 years. This is where I preferred to be every day and all day. Once living in Groningen this sport was exchanged for dancing and studying. But, after a few years, I picked up horseback riding again and I enjoy it immensely!
I also left living in the city behind me and now I live in a very nice village again!

After training as a beautician, I chose to switch. It became the business services sector. As a result, I was trained in secretarial services and after this study I had the opportunity to work in various sectors. This has ensured that I know what skills are needed in the secretarial field and how to make the work my own in both a large and small organization and since the beginning of 2018 at NOM!

Meanwhile, I have been able to learn a lot over the years and have been given the opportunity to take a growth step internally and continue my path as an HR assistant.

HRM is an important part within an organization, the link between employer and employee. It is a broad field with many aspects that contribute to the goals of the organization. It is an interesting field in which you can broaden your knowledge and skills every day. In addition to the administrative and strategic, there is also a large organizational component that I enjoy picking up. I often hear the word 'rule-bitch'. This characteristic relates to the work and as an organizational factor, you are the one who contributes a large stone in the organization.
