Let me introduce myself. My name is Chantal Leijendekker. Investment manager at NOM. I deal with all the companies to which the Booster Fund has provided funding. I visit these companies regularly, some more than others, according to the needs of the company and NOM. I follow the companies financially and try to think along where necessary, and of course use NOM's network.
I love watching entrepreneurs build a business with an idea under their belt, or want to adopt a new method or technique within an existing business. I have seen many companies that start with an entrepreneur and possibly a small team, and after several years have grown into a beautiful, well-run business. And companies that respond to changing needs in the market and also have the courage to adapt their business accordingly. It is a privilege to be part of this from NOM and to be able to think along in good times, but also in difficult times.
