Program
The Validation track consists of 6 master classes. During the master classes, participants develop a keen understanding of their first customer segment experiencing a pressing problem that needs to be solved. You will learn essential skills for validating this problem. In addition, the program provides access to a vibrant startup ecosystem and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs.
This program is hands-on and interactive, with a mix of inspiring case studies and personal coaching that will help you grow your startup immediately.
Master classes
- Kickoff: during the kickoff you introduce yourself to the other participants and get to know each other better, both personally and professionally. Then we will work on problem validation; how to get a clear understanding of the client's problem through client interviews.
- Customer interviews: discover how to conduct effective customer interviews, what questions to ask and how to introduce yourself to gain valuable insights.
- Founding team: take your founding team to the next level with in-depth profile analyses of each founder. Discover how your individual strengths complement each other strategically and operationally for maximum success!
- Customer: explore who is involved in the buying process and how they influence this process. Also learn how to identify issues of stakeholders for better customer engagement.
- Problem validation: research which customer group is experiencing the biggest problem, learn how to validate this problem and find out when your validation is successful to provide effective solutions.
- Roadmap: develop a roadmap that guides you in implementing your insights and validations so that you can grow in a structured way toward success.
