Program
The Match track consists of 5 master classes. During the master classes, you will learn how to move from a validated solution to a committed customer who is willing to pay for your product or service. Is your startup moving toward repeatable success and scalable growth? Do you have proof that your solution truly solves a problem? Then you are ready to commit your first customer.
This program is hands-on and interactive, with a mix of inspiring case studies and personal coaching that will help you grow your startup immediately.
Master classes
- Kickoff: get to know each other and prepare for client interviews. Find out what you can learn from these conversations.
- Pricing and Business model: define and validate the best pricing strategy for your product.
- Return on Investment: work with your earlyvangelist to determine the total cost and return to your client.
- Sales Channels: define how to get your solution to your earlyvangelist through effective sales and distribution channels.
- Customer Commitment Roadmap: discover the steps to commit multiple customers to your scalable solution and learn how to engage customers with your product.

We ask that you be fully present during the program and complete all assignments. Because there are limited seats available, it is important that you make a full commitment when you register for the Match track.
