Program
The Customer Solution track consists of 5 master classes. During the master classes you will learn how to validate your solution with your early evangelist. Discover how to test your solution on a small scale and measure whether your customer is really waiting for what you have to offer! The program also provides access to a vibrant startup ecosystem and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs.
This program is hands-on and interactive, with a mix of inspiring case studies and personal coaching that will help you grow your startup immediately.
Master classes
- Kickoff: during this session you will introduce yourself to the other participants and get to know each other better, both personally and professionally. Then we will prepare for the client interviews.
- Interviews: what makes an interview good and solid? You will learn how to conduct an effective interview, what questions to ask and how to analyze the results.
- Solution: what is your solution and what assumptions underlie it? You will discover your value, how to demonstrate your value to your customer and how to validate your startup idea with information from potential customers rather than mere assumptions.
- Problem Solution Fit: What does a problem/solution fit look like and what does it mean for your startup? You will learn how to achieve the desired match between problem and solution.
- Solution pitch and roadmap: how to avoid growing too early? You'll discover all this by working with a 100-day plan and the resources needed to work steadily toward success.

Commitment
