The program is designed for companies in the construction industry that want to prepare for their next round of funding as well as scaling the business. You are actively looking for guidance and support to successfully complete the next phase of your growth path. The 'Get ready to scale' program provides effective tools, resources and expertise over 6 months to overcome obstacles and realize growth ambitions.
Innovation and Acceleration Program Residential Construction
This Acceleration Program is part of program line 3 of the Innovation and Scale-up Program in Residential Construction. The program is funded by the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning and implemented in cooperation with TKI Bouw en Techniek. As a participant in the acceleration program, you will become part of this innoavative ecosystem and network.
Selection Criteria
You are suitable if you:
- The ambition is to scale up a company that strengthens the development and construction process and thus contributes to accelerating housing construction to 100,000 homes per year.
- Product or service focuses on industrializing housing construction, digitizing the housing construction and development process, or removing common housing obstacles at the area or building level (grid congestion, water).
- Sitting on the market with revenue.
- Together with a co-founder/colleague, be able to commit sufficient time to the program.
What does it get you?
- We guide you in mapping out a clear growth path. For example, you aspire to expand your business activities, increase market share and enter new customer circles and markets. The focus may be on optimizing business processes, increasing production capacity, expanding your customer base or exploring new geographical areas.
- Learn about key growth barriers, milestones for consistent scaling, product/market fit with metrics, building an effective scale-up team, optimizing the sales process and choosing funders and a funding strategy for your scaling process.
- A useful and educational cross-pollination between other participating companies that are all working to build homes faster in the Netherlands.

- Useful and valuable access to relevant network and community.

We believe that the success of this program depends heavily on your active involvement and commitment. We expect participants to demonstrate a willingness to collaborate, be open to feedback and proactively participate in all program components. This means setting aside time for the group sessions, return days, and 1 : 1 sessions with experts. We encourage a proactive attitude to get the most out of this program and achieve the milestones that lead to sustainable success. Your dedication is essential to the success of the Accelerate Housing Acceleration Program.
Practical information
The Acceleration Program Housing Acceleration starts with a selection day and the program concludes with a festive Graduation. Please note that the program includes six physical group sessions at the Social Impact Factory in Utrecht.

- February 11 - Selection Day (9:30 - 14:00)
- March 4 - Kick-Off (9:30 - 17:00)
- April 1-Product Market Fit (9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
- May 6 - Growing Team (9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
- May 28 - Midterms
- June 25 - Repeatable Sales (9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
- September 3-Funding Growth (9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.)
- October 1 - Roadmap / Graduation Day (13:00 - 17:30)

Registering for the program does not guarantee participation. After registration, an intake interview and selection procedure will first follow. Only selected participants will definitively participate in the acceleration program.
After your application, we ask for a pitch deck in which we would like to see the following information:
- Business model: description of the business model. Goals and ambitions for the next 24-36 months.
- Technology: Development stage of your technology - IP status - Required certification and status.
- Financial data: Information about your shareholder structure and operating and liquidity budget for the next three years.
- Impact: What is the social impact of the innovation? In what way does it contribute to ambitions within the construction sector?
A consistency scan and a digital meeting will be part of the selection process.
