The program is designed for companies in the construction and infrastructure sector that want to prepare for their next round of funding as well as scaling the business. You are actively seeking guidance and support to successfully navigate the next phase of your growth path. The 'Get ready to scale' program provides effective tools, resources and expertise for 6 months to overcome obstacles and realize growth ambitions.
Selection Criteria
You are suitable for this program if you:
- Have developed an innovative product or service and are now ready to scale. You have a proven concept and now have multiple customers.
- Have the ambition to build a scalable company that contributes to sustainability transitions within the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Together with a co-founder/colleague, be able to commit sufficient time to the program.
What does it get you?
- We guide you in mapping out a clear growth path. For example, you aspire to expand your business activities, increase market share and enter new customer circles and markets. The focus may be on optimizing business processes, increasing production capacity, expanding your customer base or exploring new geographical areas.
- Learn about key growth barriers, milestones for consistent scaling, product/market fit with metrics, building an effective scale-up team, optimizing the sales process and choosing funders and a funding strategy for your scaling process.
- A useful and educational cross-pollination between other participating companies within the construction and infrastructure sector.

We expect participants to have a willingness to collaborate, be open to feedback and proactively participate in all program components. This means setting aside time for the group sessions, return days and 1 : 1 sessions with experts. We encourage a proactive attitude to get the most out of this program and achieve the milestones that lead to sustainable success. The Acceleration Program Future-proof Construction starts with a kick-off and the program concludes with a festive Graduation. Please note that the program includes six physical group sessions at a location to be determined.
