Fastlane program

Fastlane combines customized guidance, personal coaching and a network of world-class experts. Based on an intake, assessment and selection day, five to seven companies are selected to participate in the next edition. After each company has determined its own goals for the program, a plan is developed and implemented over six months in close collaboration with various experts. With the ultimate goal of getting your company ready for the next round of investment.

Purpose of the program

Fastlane is the tailor-made program for innovative companies in the agrifood sector and is organized from Invest-NL and Foodvalley NL.

Fastlane's goal is to use a multidisciplinary team of experts to help you grow your business while attracting the right investors. Fastlane offers customized support for issues your business is facing. The program consists of 4 phases:

  • Milestone scan: through a collaborative expert analysis, specific growth goals you want to achieve during Fastlane are identified.
  • Kick-off for establishing roadmap: The experts and the company establish a tight roadmap to work toward the realization of the milestones.
  • 1:1 personal coaching: Through intensive work sessions, we work 1:1 with experts on the identified milestones, such as attracting the right partners, defining a go-to-market strategy, or optimizing production and/or distribution.
  • Funding: the goal of the program is to get your company ready to successfully raise growth funding. Together with the experts, you will work on specific components important to the fundraising process.

Fourth edition launched June 12

For the fourth edition starting June 12, 5-7 companies will be selected to be part of the program. In this document you can find more information about the content, scope, selection criteria and costs of the program. If you are interested in participating, it is possible to apply via the Invest-NL website until May 21.
