Green Chemistry, New Economy (GCNE) is a national platform that accelerates the sustainability of the chemical industry. The network connects companies, knowledge institutions, governments and investors to scale up innovations in biobased feedstock, recycling and process electrification to industrial applications.
GCNE focuses primarily on so-called "game changers": innovative companies and scale-ups working towards a circular and fossil-free chemistry. The platform helps these organizations with collaboration, funding, influencing policy and strengthening the innovation and entrepreneurial climate in the Netherlands.
