Teijin Aramid wins prestigious award

Fiber manufacturer Teijin Aramid, with sites in Delfzijl and Emmen, has won a prestigious award for sustainability. It received the Responsible Care Award, an award for companies that perform well in the area of safety and the environment.

The award is given by the Association of the Dutch Chemical Industry. The jury believed that Teijin Aramid, manufacturer of strong fibers, makes a significant contribution to reducing residual waste and recycling fiber.
